Upcoming Workshops

I am part of a group called Beech Tree Constellations. We are four facilitators offering a full-day workshop from 10:00 to 4:30 pm. Family constellations is a group process that explores hidden patterns in relationships, often passed on through generations. By bringing these patterns into view, it becomes possible to see new perspectives and shifts.

During the day you will:

• Take part in grounding and body-based exercises.

• Join as a client, witness, or representative in three constellations.

• Experience how shared participation supports clarity and change.

The group setting creates a safe space for exploration and insight, with each role contributing to the whole process.
