ADULTS’ COUNSELLING:

You might know something in your life needs to change, yet feel unsure where to begin.

Perhaps you keep experiencing the same relationship difficulties. You struggle with your emotions. You put other people's needs before your own. You feel disconnected from yourself. Or you understand your patterns intellectually, yet still find yourself repeating them.

Therapy gives you space to explore what is happening beneath these patterns.

We can look at your emotions, relationships, experiences and the way you relate to yourself. Together, we work towards greater self understanding and a different way of responding to life.

You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin with what you are experiencing now.

YOUNG PEOPLE’S COUNSELLING:

Growing up brings changes in relationships, identity, emotions and expectations.

Some young people struggle to explain what they are experiencing. They might feel overwhelmed, withdrawn, angry, anxious, disconnected or unsure of themselves.

Others know something is wrong but do not know how to talk about it.

Counselling provides a confidential space where a young person can explore what is happening at their own pace.

Depending on their age and needs, sessions might involve talking, creative work, reflection or other ways of expressing what they are experiencing.

The aim is to help young people develop a stronger understanding of themselves, their emotions and their relationships.

CHILDEN’S COUNSELLING:

Children often communicate difficult experiences through their behaviour, emotions and relationships.

A child might become withdrawn, angry, fearful or overwhelmed. They might struggle with changes at home, school difficulties, friendships or experiences they find difficult to process.

Therapy gives children a safe space to express and explore what they are experiencing.

I adapt the way I work according to the child's age, personality and needs. This might involve play, creativity, conversation and other forms of expression.

I believe parents play an important role in supporting their child’s emotional wellbeing, resilience, and progress. For this reason, I also work with parents, offering guidance and support so you can better understand your child’s needs and support positive change at home.
