Family Systemic Constellations

€100.00

A constellation offers an experiential way to explore an issue from different perspectives. It can help you look at relationships, roles, belonging and recurring patterns within your family or wider system. This process can bring a fresh perspective to something you have been struggling to understand.

We can explore a wide range of situations, including:

  • A recurring pattern in your relationships

  • Difficulties within your family

  • Feeling caught between family members

  • Questions about your sense of belonging within your family

  • A relationship that feels particularly difficult

  • Feeling stuck in a particular role

  • Patterns or situations that seem to repeat

You do not need to arrive with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes you simply know something in your life feels difficult, unsettled or keeps repeating. We can begin with what you are experiencing and explore it together.

At the beginning of a constellation, we talk about what brings you to the work. I listen to your concerns and help you identify what you would like to explore.

The constellation then provides a way to represent the people, relationships or elements connected to your situation. Depending on whether we work individually or in a group, in person or online, we may use different methods.

You remain involved throughout the process. We work at a pace that respects your boundaries and your capacity for the work.

The purpose is not to tell you what your family means or provide a fixed explanation for your experience. It is an opportunity to explore your experience from a systemic perspective and consider different ways of understanding your relationships and patterns..

You do not need to have everything figured out before making contact. A conversation can help us understand what you are looking for and whether constellation work feels like an appropriate approach for your situation.
